  • Non-Painted Parts: Delivered within 5–10 business days

Returns

Painted parts can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Other parts can be canceled within 12 hours. After that, restocking fees may apply.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Parts must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense unless we made an error.

All returns and cancellations must be approved by our team. Start a request through our website or contact us at 630-458-0082.

Report any shipping damage within 2 business days of delivery. Refunds are issued after inspection.

Since this is a customized part, all orders are made to match your specific requirements, and cannot be sold again.

If you notice any damage, refuse the shipment—this is the only way we can file a claim. Accepted damaged shipments may incur shipping and restocking fees.

Aging paint & color matching consideration.

We match paint using OEM factory codes, but older vehicles present more challenges. Over time, sun exposure, oxidation, and previous repaints can significantly alter your car’s color.
